For stations asset that have been decommissioned or disposed of – Council projects managers are requested to populate the Council Disposal Sheet [XLSX, 42 KB] and distribute it to contractors for finalisation. Council project managers, please submit the completed council disposal sheet via Sharepoint.
For land improvement assets that have been decommissioned or disposed of - Contractors are requested to populate the Council Disposal Sheet [XLSX, 42 KB] and email it to CCCAssetDisposal@ccc.govt.nz for finalisation and processing.
The Council Disposal Sheet [XLSX, 42 KB] replaces the decom tabs which were available within the version 1.00 CAT sheets. It includes guidelines and an example of a completed template.
