In this workshop, artist Maxine Burney demonstrates different stitches, you can then practice on a hessian sampler.

You will have the option to either let your work evolve as you learn or sketch a design on paper first – or a little bit of both will give you even more freedom.

Whatever your experience with needlework (from absolute beginner to experienced stitcher), Maxine will vary the challenge depending on what level you're at. She looks forward to welcoming you to her studio upstairs in the Boys' High building.

There is a maximum of six people per session for this class. All materials included. Ages 8+
