March 2026 statutory processing timeframes within 20 working days:
- 99.4% for residential. April to date 100%.
- 97.3% for commercial. April to date 90%.

Please help us minimise wait times by only booking your inspection if all the work is ready. A failed inspection is time-consuming for everyone involved. When we need to reinspect, it uses valuable inspector time that could otherwise be spent helping other builders who are ready and waiting.
